Summary: Not a brilliant stay all round. The room was cold and the heated towel rail was off, so the bathroom was cold too. There is no hot water to have a shower. At breakfast, we asked for a second coffee but none appeared. In actuality, I had asked for breakfast in our room on account of it being our wedding anniversary, but there was no acknowledgement of that at all.
